Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar, then press into an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then gradually add eggnog, mixing well.
- Beat in eggs, nutmeg, and cinnamon until silky.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least two hours before slicing.
