Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated

- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 12 inches in diameter.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and add minced garlic until fragrant. Then, add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender (5-7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Place rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and top with mozzarella cheese, sautéed mushrooms, Parmesan, and fresh herbs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t overcrowd with toppings, pre-bake the crust for extra crispiness, and feel free to experiment with different cheese blends.
