Description

A delightful and easy-to-make pie that combines creamy white chocolate and festive candy cane crunch, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed Candy Canes
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by placing the graham cracker crust in a pie dish.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  8. Add crushed candy canes on top before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream. Use good quality chocolate for the best flavor.
