- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of a baking dish.
- Dollop the cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberry layer and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the entire mixture.
- Melt the unsalted butter and drizzle it over the cake mix.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
