Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, minced (or ground ginger)
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 Green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces for quick cooking.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Sprinkle cornstarch over chicken pieces and toss to coat.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low, pour the sauce over chicken, and simmer until thickened.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
