A creamy and indulgent frozen yogurt with a rich salted caramel flavor, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and heavy cream together until smooth.
- Stir in the powdered sugar until completely incorporated.
- Mix in the salted caramel sauce and vanilla extract. Taste and adjust the caramel if desired.
- Cover the mixture and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions, or pour into a shallow dish and freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours for a firmer texture.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Use dairy-free yogurt for a lower-calorie version.
