Description
A delightful dish of warm roasted pears topped with blue cheese, walnuts, and honey, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe pears (Bartlett or Bosc)
- 100g blue cheese, crumbled
- 70g walnuts, chopped
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and slice the pears in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds.
- Place the pear halves cut side up on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast the pears in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until soft but still holding their shape.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese and chopped walnuts, then drizzle honey over the top.
- Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts slightly and the walnuts are toasted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. They can be enjoyed cold or reheated gently.
