- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (or vegan cream cheese)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping (store-bought or homemade cashew cream for a vegan alternative)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling on top)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos until fine crumbs are formed.
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add powdered sugar.
- Fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Notes
