Description

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies (plus extra for garnish)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (or coconut oil for a vegan option)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (or vegan cream cheese)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (store-bought or homemade cashew cream for a vegan alternative)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling on top)


Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos until fine crumbs are formed.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add powdered sugar.
  4. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract until well blended.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top if desired.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Notes
