Description

Bite-sized meatballs threaded onto skewers, perfect for parties or a fun dinner option.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about one inch in diameter).
  4. Thread the meatballs onto the skewers, leaving space between each meatball.
  5. Place skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before baking to prevent burning. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
