- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Egg
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about one inch in diameter).
- Thread the meatballs onto the skewers, leaving space between each meatball.
- Place skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before baking to prevent burning. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
