- Jello (various flavors)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Dissolve your first jello flavor in one cup of boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
- Mix in one cup of cold water and pour into a clear rectangular dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or until it sets firmly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
- Once your first jello layer is set, spread the creamy mixture evenly over it. Return to the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Repeat the steps with your choice of jello flavors, layering them one after the other, letting each layer set before adding the next.
- Once all layers are set, cut into squares or slices and enjoy!
Notes
Garnish with fresh mint leaves or shredded coconut for a snowy look. Can be made a day ahead.
