A healthier alternative to classic candy bars, these Easy Date Snickers Bars combine sweet dates, creamy peanut butter, crunchy nuts, and rich chocolate for a delicious snack.

- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Remove the pits from the Medjool dates and place them in a food processor. Blitz until smooth, creating a sticky paste.
- In a bowl, mix the date paste with the peanut butter until well combined. Add roasted peanuts and mix gently.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, ensuring it’s even.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, stirring until shiny.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the pressed mixture, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Chill for a couple of hours until the chocolate hardens.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Ensure dates are fresh for the best texture. You can substitute coconut oil with vegetable oil if needed.
