Description

A refreshing and easy crab salad that’s perfect for summertime gatherings, combining crab meat with crunchy veggies and a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb crab meat (fresh or imitation)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the celery, red onion, and bell pepper into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the Dressing: In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the Crab: Add the crab meat to the bowl and gently fold it into the dressing.
  4. Add the Veggies: Toss in the chopped celery, onion, and bell pepper. Mix until well coated.
  5. Season: Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and stir gently.
  6. Chill: Cover salad and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled. Can be made a day ahead for convenience.
