A refreshing and easy crab salad that’s perfect for summertime gatherings, combining crab meat with crunchy veggies and a creamy dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 lb crab meat (fresh or imitation)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- ½ cup red onion, chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the celery, red onion, and bell pepper into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the Dressing: In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the Crab: Add the crab meat to the bowl and gently fold it into the dressing.
- Add the Veggies: Toss in the chopped celery, onion, and bell pepper. Mix until well coated.
- Season: Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and stir gently.
- Chill: Cover salad and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed chilled. Can be made a day ahead for convenience.
