Delicious and easy Buffalo chicken pinwheels that are perfect for game day or gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 large flour Tortillas
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
- Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing, for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix until everything is totally incorporated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on your working surface. Spoon about 1/4 of the chicken mixture onto the tortilla and spread it evenly, leaving a little space at the edges.
- Gently roll the tortilla away from you, keeping the filling tight.
- Once rolled, place the rolled tortillas seam-side down. Use a sharp knife to slice them into about 1-inch wide pieces.
- Arrange them on a platter and serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Chill before slicing for easier handling. Adjust the spiciness to taste.
