- 2 Chicken Breasts, diced and seasoned
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 2-4 tbsp Hot Sauce (adjust to taste)
- 4 Buns (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced chicken until it’s golden and fully cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, green onions, and seasonings. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Slice the buns in half if using store-bought, or prepare homemade buns.
- Spoon the chicken mixture generously onto the bun halves.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken filling.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can use shredded rotisserie chicken or Greek yogurt as substitutes. These buns can be frozen before baking.
