- 4 large flour or whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers

- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: Soak the chicken breast in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, cooking the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side. Let it rest, then slice into strips.
- Prepare your veggies: Chop the bell peppers, carrots, and green onions.
- Assemble the wraps: Lay out a tortilla, add lettuce, chicken, and veggies, drizzling with extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
- Roll it up: Tightly roll the tortilla, tucking in the sides. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
