Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the warm water and active dry yeast. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until a soft dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let rise in a warm spot for about an hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
