Description

A hearty twist on traditional pizza featuring tender, shredded chicken smothered in spicy buffalo sauce, melted cheese, and a crispy crust. Perfect for game nights or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to fit your pizza pan or stone.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Spread a thin layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing on the rolled-out dough.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the dressing.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
