Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to fit your pizza pan or stone.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Spread a thin layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing on the rolled-out dough.
- Evenly sprinkle the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the dressing.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
