- ½ cup chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (for topping)
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl; press into a pie dish and refrigerate.
- In another bowl, whip cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- In yet another bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into peanut butter mixture.
- Pour filling into chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Melt chocolate chips with peanut butter in the microwave, then drizzle over pie.
- Chill for a few hours to allow flavors to meld and filling to set.
Notes
