Description

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreos, crushed
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter; press into a springform pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate until smooth and let cool slightly.
  3. Mix the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add vanilla and eggs one at a time, then fold in melted chocolate and half of the raspberries.
  4. Bake: Pour filling into crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes, until edges set.
  5. Cool the Cheesecake: Cool for an hour then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Top with Raspberries: Decorate with remaining raspberries before serving.
