Description
Crockpot salmon is one of the easiest and healthiest dinners to make, featuring tender and flaky salmon fillets flavored with lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs.

- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill or Parsley, chopped
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Lightly grease the Crockpot with olive oil or a touch of cooking spray.
- Place the salmon fillets in a single layer at the bottom of the Crockpot.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle garlic, dill, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with extra herbs and lemon before serving.
Notes
Use fresh salmon for best results. Experiment with herbs and adjust cooking time if using frozen fillets.
