Description

Crockpot salmon is one of the easiest and healthiest dinners to make, featuring tender and flaky salmon fillets flavored with lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill or Parsley, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the Crockpot with olive oil or a touch of cooking spray.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a single layer at the bottom of the Crockpot.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle garlic, dill, salt, and pepper on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with extra herbs and lemon before serving.

Notes

Use fresh salmon for best results. Experiment with herbs and adjust cooking time if using frozen fillets.
