Description
A comforting dish that layers cheesy ravioli with marinara sauce for a delicious spin on traditional lasagna.
Ingredients

- 1 package Ravioli (frozen or fresh, cheese-filled)
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Spread a bit of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add a layer of ravioli on top of the sauce.
- Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and some Parmesan over the ricotta.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the whole layer.
- Repeat layers of sauce, ravioli, ricotta, mozzarella, and seasoning until all ingredients are used.
- Finish with a layer of marinara sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella on top.
- Cover and cook on low for about 240-360 minutes or until bubbling and delicious.
Notes
Let the lasagna sit for 10-15 minutes after cooking before serving. Can be made ahead and cooked later.
