Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Description

A comforting dish that layers cheesy ravioli with marinara sauce for a delicious spin on traditional lasagna.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Ravioli (frozen or fresh, cheese-filled)
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Spinach (optional)


Instructions

  1. Spread a bit of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add a layer of ravioli on top of the sauce.
  3. Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and some Parmesan over the ricotta.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the whole layer.
  6. Repeat layers of sauce, ravioli, ricotta, mozzarella, and seasoning until all ingredients are used.
  7. Finish with a layer of marinara sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella on top.
  8. Cover and cook on low for about 240-360 minutes or until bubbling and delicious.

Notes

Let the lasagna sit for 10-15 minutes after cooking before serving. Can be made ahead and cooked later.
