Description

Tender chunks of steak slow-cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb tender steak (sirloin or ribeye, cubed)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: paprika or chili flakes for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cube the steak into bite-sized pieces, about an inch thick.
  2. Toss the steak with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. In your crockpot, add the beef cubes along with the sautéed garlic, beef broth, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. When the steak is tender, stir in more butter for extra richness, adjust seasoning, and serve.

Notes

Serve over mashed potatoes, creamy polenta, or rice. A dash of fresh parsley enhances the dish.
