Tender chunks of steak slow-cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 lb tender steak (sirloin or ribeye, cubed)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: paprika or chili flakes for seasoning
Instructions
- Cube the steak into bite-sized pieces, about an inch thick.
- Toss the steak with salt and pepper, and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- In your crockpot, add the beef cubes along with the sautéed garlic, beef broth, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- When the steak is tender, stir in more butter for extra richness, adjust seasoning, and serve.
Notes
Serve over mashed potatoes, creamy polenta, or rice. A dash of fresh parsley enhances the dish.
