Description

Effortless and flavorful Crockpot Chicken Tacos that make dinner a breeze!


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 8 tortillas (corn or flour)


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and sprinkle the taco seasoning over them.
  2. Toss in the diced bell peppers and onions around the chicken.
  3. Top everything with a generous amount of salsa.
  4. Set your crockpot to low for about 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once fully cooked, shred the chicken using two forks in the crockpot and stir everything together.
  6. Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
