- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup salsa
- 8 tortillas (corn or flour)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and sprinkle the taco seasoning over them.
- Toss in the diced bell peppers and onions around the chicken.
- Top everything with a generous amount of salsa.
- Set your crockpot to low for about 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once fully cooked, shred the chicken using two forks in the crockpot and stir everything together.
- Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
