- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Chicken Broth (low-sodium optional)
- 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Fresh Basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken.
- Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth around the chicken.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Mix in grated Parmesan and fresh basil before serving.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add more cream cheese or a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with water at the end. Brown the chicken beforehand for extra flavor.
