Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (low-sodium)
  • 1/4 cup butter (or olive oil for dairy-free)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced or 1 tsp garlic powder)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, butter, and chicken broth until creamy.
  3. Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken in the pot and serve over rice, pasta, or veggies.

Notes

For a spicy version, add crushed red pepper. You can prep the ingredients the night before and store them in the fridge.
