Delicious crispy parmesan roasted cauliflower florets, perfect as a side dish or a light snack. Easy to make and packed with flavor!

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into bite-sized florets.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and half of the parmesan cheese until well-coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Add the remaining parmesan on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm.
Notes
For a vegan alternative, substitute parmesan cheese with nutritional yeast.
