Description

Delicious crispy parmesan roasted cauliflower florets, perfect as a side dish or a light snack. Easy to make and packed with flavor!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and half of the parmesan cheese until well-coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Add the remaining parmesan on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm.

Notes

For a vegan alternative, substitute parmesan cheese with nutritional yeast.
