- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
- 4 cloves fresh minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Coat each chicken breast well in the mixture.
- Heat butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt some butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, letting it simmer until thickened.
- Drizzle the garlic cream sauce over the cooked chicken and serve.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor. Panko can create an even crunchier coating.
