Description

Delicious crispy feta cheese, perfectly golden brown and flavorful, made easily in the air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block of feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon herbs (like oregano or thyme)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Zest of 1 lemon or orange (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the block of feta on a piece of parchment paper. Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle the herbs and red pepper flakes on top. Add citrus zest if desired.
  3. Transfer the feta to the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Serve immediately with crunchy bread, crispy crackers, or fresh veggies.
