Ingredients

- 1 block of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon herbs (like oregano or thyme)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Zest of 1 lemon or orange (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the block of feta on a piece of parchment paper. Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle the herbs and red pepper flakes on top. Add citrus zest if desired.
- Transfer the feta to the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with crunchy bread, crispy crackers, or fresh veggies.
