- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Pound slightly for even cooking.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest and slice into strips.
- Warm tortillas in a pan for a few seconds on each side to soften.
- Assemble each wrap by adding lettuce, sliced tomatoes, chicken strips, cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Fold sides of the tortilla in and roll from the bottom up to secure fillings.
- Cut wraps in half and serve with extra ranch if desired.
