Description

A quick and delicious Crispy Chicken Ranch Snack Wrap featuring tender chicken, creamy ranch, and fresh veggies wrapped in a warm tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Pound slightly for even cooking.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest and slice into strips.
  3. Warm tortillas in a pan for a few seconds on each side to soften.
  4. Assemble each wrap by adding lettuce, sliced tomatoes, chicken strips, cheese, and ranch dressing.
  5. Fold sides of the tortilla in and roll from the bottom up to secure fillings.
  6. Cut wraps in half and serve with extra ranch if desired.
