- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F if baking.
- Cut the chicken breasts into tenders.
- Set up a dredging station: In one bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper; in another bowl, beat the eggs; and in a third bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with spices.
- Coat each chicken piece in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally, coat with panko mixture.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or fry in oil until golden brown.
- Toss cooked chicken in buffalo sauce and serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
For additional crunch, double-dip the chicken in egg and panko. Use gluten-free options for a gluten-free version.
