- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 12 corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned; stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water.
- Spray each tortilla with cooking spray and shape them in a muffin tin.
- Spoon the turkey mixture into each taco shell and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and salt until smooth for the sauce.
- Top baked tacos with avocado sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve with salsa, guacamole, or salad.
