- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Cooking oil spray
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: Let store-bought dough sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough: Sprinkle flour on the surface and roll it to about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the dough: Slice into 3×3 inch squares using a pizza cutter.
- Stuff the squares: Add cheese, pepperoni, and a drop of sauce to each square.
- Seal them up: Fold the dough over and pinch the edges firmly.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set it to 375°F and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Spray and cook: Lightly spray with oil and cook the rolls for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve & enjoy: Let cool and serve with extra sauce for dipping.
