- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in the cannellini beans and green chilies.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Sprinkle in cumin, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Stir in corn and cook for an additional few minutes. Season to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
