- Homemade or store-bought pesto
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream and pesto to the pan, simmering for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Draining the pasta, toss it in the sauce until well-coated.
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve immediately.
