Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes, then set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Mix the cooked chicken and broccoli florets into the creamy mixture until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let cool briefly before serving.
