- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix the cooked chicken and broccoli florets into the creamy mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool briefly before serving.
