Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt; stir until evenly distributed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients, followed by the milk and melted butter; mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased pie pan without spreading it out.
  6. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and slightly puffed.
  7. Let it cool before slicing and serving warm.
