Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix milk, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in dried cranberries and chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the batter to the greased loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
