Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the orange juice and zest.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently stir in the cranberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
