Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 4 cups apples, chopped (tart or sweet varieties)
  • 1 cup sugar (brown sugar optional)

  2. Rinse the cranberries and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces, then toss them together in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice, then pour it over the fruit mixture and gently stir until coated.
  4. For the topping, mix oats, flour, sugar, and butter in another bowl until crumbly.
  5. Layer the fruit mixture in a greased baking dish, then sprinkle the crumbly topping over it.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
