Instructions
- Prep the cranberries: rinse and chop or pulse for desired texture.
- In a large bowl, combine the cranberries, mini marshmallows, and pineapple chunks.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until well coated.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 60 minutes.
- Before serving, stir gently, sprinkle nuts on top if using, and serve cold.
