Description

A sweet and fruity salad combining cranberries, mini marshmallows, pineapple, and whipped topping, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Cranberries
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prep the cranberries: rinse and chop or pulse for desired texture.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cranberries, mini marshmallows, and pineapple chunks.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until well coated.
  4. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 60 minutes.
  5. Before serving, stir gently, sprinkle nuts on top if using, and serve cold.

Notes

Use fresh cranberries for the best flavor. Substitute Greek yogurt for a lighter option. Chill longer for better flavor melding.
