Ingredients
- Pizza Dough: store-bought or homemade
- Cream Cheese
- Lump Crab Meat (or imitation crab)
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Green Onions
- Garlic Powder
- Soy Sauce
- Chili Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough to about 12 inches in diameter.
- Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, and soy sauce until smooth, then fold in crab meat and half of the green onions.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, leaving a border for the crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with remaining green onions and drizzle with chili sauce before slicing.
