Description

A fun twist on classic pizza, featuring a creamy crab filling topped with gooey mozzarella and fresh green onions.


Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough: store-bought or homemade
  • Cream Cheese
  • Lump Crab Meat (or imitation crab)
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Green Onions
  • Garlic Powder
  • Soy Sauce
  • Chili Sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, and soy sauce until smooth, then fold in crab meat and half of the green onions.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, leaving a border for the crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Garnish with remaining green onions and drizzle with chili sauce before slicing.

Notes

Experiment with different cheeses or add veggies to the cream cheese mix for more flavor and texture.
