Description

Crispy wonton wrappers filled with a creamy mixture of crab meat and cream cheese, perfect for parties and game nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crab Meat
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced
  • 16 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
  2. Lay out wonton wrappers and place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrappers with water and fold over to seal tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat to about 350°F.
  5. Fry the bombs in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

Keep wonton wrappers covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying out. Ensure edges are sealed tightly to avoid filling escaping during frying.
