  • Cream
  • Pasta (small shells or ditalini)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces until crispy.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Toss in the carrots and potatoes, stirring for a couple of minutes.
  4. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer, letting flavors mingle for about 15 minutes.
  5. Add cream and pasta, stirring well and simmering until the pasta is al dente.
  6. Check for seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Ladle into bowls and serve warm with crusty bread.

Notes
