Description

A rich and savory chicken breast dish topped with creamy, cheesy goodness that is crispy and golden-brown, inspired by Longhorn Steakhouse.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides and pound if desired.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the Parmesan cheese; mix until smooth.
  4. Place seasoned chicken in a baking dish and spread the creamy mixture on top.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the creamy layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
