Delightful bite-sized meatballs simmered in a sweet and spicy cranberry chili sauce, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped finely
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup chili sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix by hand until just combined.
- Form small meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a large pot, mix cranberry sauce and chili sauce. Heat on medium-low until bubbly.
- Once meatballs are cooked, transfer them into the pot with the sauce and stir gently to coat.
- Let them simmer for 10 minutes to absorb the flavor.
- Transfer to a serving dish or keep them in the pot for guests to serve themselves.
Notes
Don’t overmix the meatball ingredients and test one small meatball before cooking the whole batch for flavor tweaking.
