- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
- 3/4 cup milk (any kind)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Add the cold butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour in the milk and stir until just combined.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and pat it into a rectangle about 1-inch thick.
- Cut the dough into small squares or rounds.
- Mix together the remaining sugar and cinnamon, and roll each biscuit bite in the mixture.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
