Description

Deliciously crispy snacks made from ripe bananas coated in a cinnamon-sugar blend and air-fried to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Start by peeling the bananas and slicing them thinly into rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  3. In a larger bowl, toss the banana slices with lemon juice, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix evenly over them.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (about 175°C).
  5. Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, in batches if necessary.
  6. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once golden and crispy, remove them and let cool to crisp up further.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for a few days. Enjoy them as a snack or topping for yogurt or ice cream!
