Deliciously crispy snacks made from ripe bananas coated in a cinnamon-sugar blend and air-fried to perfection.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Start by peeling the bananas and slicing them thinly into rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- In a larger bowl, toss the banana slices with lemon juice, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix evenly over them.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (about 175°C).
- Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, in batches if necessary.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove them and let cool to crisp up further.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container for a few days. Enjoy them as a snack or topping for yogurt or ice cream!
