- 2 cans store-bought cinnamon rolls
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Maple syrup to taste
- Icing from the cinnamon rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Gently fold the cut cinnamon rolls into the custard mixture until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and set.
- Drizzle icing over the top while still warm.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the night before and refrigerating. Serve with fresh berries or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
