Description

A delightful cinnamon roll casserole that combines the classic flavors of cinnamon rolls with the ease of a baked dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Cinnamon Rolls (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in a greased casserole dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, making sure they are all coated.
  5. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to soak.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the middle.
  7. Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll package over the warm casserole before serving.

Notes

Use day-old rolls for better soaking. You can also add nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit for variety.
