A delightful cinnamon roll casserole that combines the classic flavors of cinnamon rolls with the ease of a baked dish.

- 1 package of Cinnamon Rolls (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in a greased casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, making sure they are all coated.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to soak.
- Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll package over the warm casserole before serving.
Notes
Use day-old rolls for better soaking. You can also add nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit for variety.
