Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Gently fold in the cinnamon roll pieces and let them soak for 15 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Pour the mixture into the dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm, optionally drizzled with icing.
